The workshop content is created and delivered by Caitlin Reddish. Caitlin is Retail NZ's Marketing Manager (currently on maternity leave) and has over 6 years experience in social media for business. Previously managing the social media for Plunket NZ, Caitlin has experience in developing a brand voice and using that voice to grow and engage a following.
